Villa Nada

VILLA NADA is a unique and perfect place for you to escape from everyday life. It was built way back in 1958. and was renovated in 2024. Our property is a place where the love and creativity of a stonemason’s family are woven, four generations have been involved in the unique appearance of this space, which exudes peace and art, which makes it unique.

A large and spacious plot of land and a beautifully landscaped garden will create an intimate atmosphere and ensure complete privacy. Spend time by the large pool or in the gazebo equipped with a large grill. The house has three rooms with bathrooms, a kitchen, a dinning room and a large living room. Equipped with everything you need for a comfortable vacation, only 40 meters from the sea and the beach and only 2 km from the town of Korčula.

SLEEP & RELAX

The house has a maximum capacity for 6 people. It has three bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Each room has a large double bed and wardrobes, it’s own safe and air conditioning.

All bathrooms have a walk – in shower and one is equipped with a bathtub.

LIVING ROOM with large tv and space for sociolazing. Dining room and kitchen are equipped with all appliances (coffee maker, ice maker, oven, microwave and refrigerator).

GARDEN AND POOL

Large and spacious yard and garden extend over 4000 m2, which ensures privacy. The large swimming pool behind the house is perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. In the remaining part of the garden you can enjoy the shade and spend time to read in the net behind the house.

The size of the garden will provide you with peace and enough space for each guest individually, and the best time to spend together is in the gazebo for a barbecue.

The artistic impression of this unique house is created by the details, various sculptures, paintings and the artistic pieces carved in the stone.
